Friday, November 3rd
If you are staying at the hotel, check-in to your room starts at 3:00. You can check in anytime after that. There is a pool, hot tub, and workout room for all guests staying at the hotel.
6:30 pm to 10:30 pm Actual Writing Weekend begins. Claim your seat. Get to know your fellow writers. Writing Games- Get into the creative mindset and have some fun with fellow writers.
There will be a cash bar. The hotel restaurant will also be open if you want a full meal. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. (Please remember all outside food must be eaten in your hotel room.)
8:00 pm to 10:00 pm Writing Shut up and Write Style 90 Min Writing Section
The writing room will close at 10:00 pm. Feel free to continue writing in your rooms. The room will be locked after 10:00 pm.
Saturday, November 4th
All Day Writing Marathon - Plenty of Word Sprints, Writing Prompts, and Prizes throughout the day.
9:00 am Actual Writing Weekend check-in. Get your Writers Weekend Swag.
9:00 am to 10:30 am A continental Breakfast is included with your registration fee. Pastries, Muffins, Yogurt, Fruit, and Juices.
9:10 to 4:30 Optional Breakout section - See details below
12:00 Lunch - Provided - Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.
3:30 Snack - Assorted Cheese / Crackers, Vegetable Crudite, and freshly made popcorn.
5:00 Break for dinner - Dinner is on your own. There are plenty of places to eat nearby or you can order from the hotel restaurant. NO OUTSIDE food or drink is allowed in the conference room.

The Conference room will be open until 10:30 for more writing time. The room will be locked after 10:30.
Sunday, November 5th
9:00 to 4:00 Begin Marathon Writing - The hotel restaurant is only open for Breakfast on Sundays.
Coffee, Tea, and other drinks are provided all day.
9:30 Burning Questions Authors panel - Two of last year’s participants have self-published books this year. This will be a panel discussion on their journey through self-publishing, followed by a Q&A section.
12:00 Stretch, Lunch on your own - The hotel does offer a boxed lunch on Sunday. This must be ordered during breakfast. Menus will be available at the conference.
