Both Safire and Jackie are engineers whose love of writing sparked major career shifts that better support their writing endeavors. Jackie Breezer always loved writing and reading but took a lengthy detour into the corporate world. After winning her first "Nanowrimo" contest in 2017 she vowed to find a way to make writing a priority. It took some time, but her novel will finally be published in 2023. Safire wrote often growing up but stopped for a career in Engineering. Needing a creative outlet started she writing again years later. Aleksandra Kamila Krzywickahas lived all over: Poland, the U.S., and Taiwan. She is an immigrant, teacher, and entrepreneur. Mildly obsessed with dragons and Science Fiction, she completed her MFA in Creative Writing and Writing for the Performing Arts at the University of California, Riverside.
